'08 Trash Bash Set for September 27th

Mark your calendars and plan on joining Haltom City’s 2008 Trinity Trash Bash Team on Saturday, September 13th, for the annual fall cleanup. Volunteers will meet at 9AM at the BISD Environmental Study Center, located across from Haltom High School. Armed with gloves, bags and water they will clean litter from Big Fossil Creek and Buffalo Ridge Park. A picnic for volunteers will follow. There will be giveaways and prizes for all team members.

Last year, teams from throughout the Metroplex picked up and disposed of 95,835 pounds of debris and removed 20,364 pounds of illegally dumped tires.
