The Parks & Rereation Board projects and plans for the improvement and acquisition of public park and open spaces with a goal of development and extension. The Board recommends to council recreation programs for all segments of the population as well as acting with and assisting other municipal boards in formulating proper plans for municipal park and open space development. The Board consists of eight members, all of whom are appointed by the CIty Council. They meet the first Tuesday of each month at the Recreation Center at 7PM. Agendas can be found here.
